Can you think of a Challenge – Opportunity – Dream – Vision of your TCA idea where you think E+ project promoters would need support? Remember to use the above 6 steps strategic approach.(You may choose from the 4 strategic priorities: Internationalizaton/ Impact/ Professionalization of teachers/ and Inclusion/ or other.)
- Please name one Challenge:...
- Turn it into one Opportunity:...
- Make it a Dream: ...
- And bring it closer to reality by a feasible Vision:...
- Last but not least – based on the above – write the objectives of your planned TCA event:...
STEP 1: an analysis of the operating environment (needs analysis, foreseeable changes a TCA can launch) - e.g. need for internationalization strategy for VET Charter institutions |
STEP 2: identify the TCA’s mission (why it exists, justification of the topic) – e.g. quality implementation of E+ projects |
STEP 3: identify TCA partners' core skills and values (competencies/expertize and knowledge of partners as well as viewpoints, beliefs, drive behind cooperation) |
STEP 4: make a vision for the future (what difference/impact the TCA wants to make) |
STEP 5: identify the TCA's strategic goals( how to fulfill the vision, how to challenge the status quo) |
STEP 6: draft an action plan (what practical steps need to be taken to achieve the goals) |
